Great tea.
Wonderful tea. I am a hard core green tea drinker. I needed something to take on the go or when I dont have time to brew a proper matcha or sencha. I loved them Ito En blend for Kirkland!10/10 would buy again

Time and temperature!
The appeal of green tea is it’s light and delicate. This is the real deal Japanese green tea! For this, it’s 170 degrees for one minute, and you can use the bag for one more steep (and that one will be caffeine free). Higher temperature and a longer steep means it will pull out all the bitterness and if you want that do another tea that’s cheaper.
