Awesome and affordable
Wow, this shampoo is fantastic! I paired it with the signature conditioner from the same brand. I wanted to give this product a try because I was tired of overpaying for my old clarifying shampoo and conditioner and I’m impressed. This shampoo lathers well with a light citrus scent and leaves my hair feeling clean and volumized with zero frizz or oiliness. For less than half the price this product is better than my old go-to. I have 1A hair so I need to use a clarifying shampoo at least 2-3 times a week to stay fresh and I’ll be switching to Kristen Ess. I did use the shampoo on my scalp and hair and only applied the conditioner to my ends which my hair stylist suggested and that worked well with this product for me.

A breath of fresh air for your hair!
Using this shampoo was the highlight of my day! First of all, the fragrance was so light and airy, it had floral notes that lasted all day after just one wash. I also really enjoyed the clarifying aspect of this shampoo. I have hard water where I live and find that it creates a lot of buildup on my hair, which this shampoo completely removed. It not only removed the buildup but it also revealed a level of shine I didn’t know my hair had! I highly recommend this shampoo as a weekly treatment to remove build up, it truly is life changing!

Shiny and smooth hair
I love that after washing my hair with this shampoo my hair feels so shiny and smooth. So clean idk if you can see it in the picture but this is a day after washing it with the shampoo which is once a week for me. As of now I had hair loss and I just went to get a haircut and my hairstylist said he felt my hair fuller the only different thing I have changed is this shampoo once a week and then the rest of the week I wash it with my Garnier fructis shampoo. Since it has been so hot here in Texas I have been washing my hair daily I can’t stand sweaty hair and plus my hair is so oily from my scalp so this shampoo gets a thumbs up for me. It is a little drying but I do use a thick conditioner in my ends only when I use the clarifying shampoo just like any clarifying shampoo 😅. I love the smell it smells fresh and clean. The price is good I don’t use it often but when I feel like my scalp needs a little more than just shampoo I go ahead and use it. I would say every hair is different but trying it is worth it.

Keeps Long Natural Gray Hair Clean and Clear of Yellow
This is the only shampoo that I’ve used for this long and I can’t imagine a reason I’d change. I colored my hair for years and decided at 40 to let the (very early) gray have its way. It grew out so fine and undamaged that many of the hydrating and conditioning shampoos of the past just made my hair heavy and greasy. Enter Kristin Ess Clarifying…..My hair is always clean and clear of deposits that other shampoos were leaving. My gray hair stays gray and doesn’t get a big buildup of yellow or brass that I see many natural grays complain about. It lathers up well and I can always tell where it is and is not in my hair. I have long hair, but don’t have to use a ton to get it to clean my whole head. My hair always feels so silky and clean after washing. If I need to, I’ll add a leave-in conditioner after I wash or use a once a week mask to add some moisture, but living in the deep south usually means I’m all good in that category.

Love it
I really like this shampoo. It gets my hair really clean. I have really greasy hair and I’ve had issues with other shampoos not getting my hair completely clean. My hair is in good health, it doesn’t feel brittle or dry. Also, if you’ve ever smelled delina perfume, this smells like it. The scent doesn’t linger, but it does smell like it. It was a nice surprise. I’ll definitely buy this again.

Stripped my blonde highlights
Loved how clean and fresh it left my hair. Only thing is I researched if it was color safe and supposedly it was. Unfortunately it stripped my blonde highlights and made them a reddish blonde

Really impressed, I have an oily scalp (sometimes it can start getting greasy by the end of the day again) washed my hair Saturday morning, was still really good on Sunday, it’s now Monday and I will only have to put the smallest amount of dry shampoo on (usually would have to use loads of I left it this long) not sure I’ll use it for every wash as from the comments it can end up leaving your hair rather dry, but going to try once every two weeks and then use the Redken Amino mint shampoo in between that I’ve just also bought. I use the dark blue Redken extreme conditioner as I have dry ends with it being dyed and works perfectly in combo with them both!
