How tall is the SMARTSTEP?
Our SMARTSTEP with integrated risers measures 5.9 inches with the first riser, 7.9 inches with the second riser clicked in, and 9.8 inches with the third riser in place.
Does the surface of the SMARTSTEP prevent slipping during workouts?

Can I incline the SMARTSTEP for use as a strength bench?

Are the risers removable?
No, the risers are integrated with click-to-rise functionality. The all-in-one step is durable, simple to move and store, and super sturdy, so there’s no change of the platform falling off the risers mid work out- ouch!

NEW INNOVATIVE DESIGN: Our new SMARTSTEP features integrated risers – so it’s simple to move as one piece and no chance of falling off the risers mid work out. Slightly shorter than the original SMARTSTEP, it can be used in all the same ways as the original, but is made with 15% less plastic – so it’s lighter and easier to store.

Great step! Very stable
So for reference I had the previous Les Mills step. This new one has the same stable feeling when stepping on and off the step it’s just more compact and way easier to store. It’s easy to change the level. I haven’t used a Reebok bench but it seems similar to that.
