The creatine arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The taste is pleasant and mixes very easily, without lumps. After a few days of use, I already notice more energy in my workouts and better recovery. Excellent product, delivers what it promisesI’ve been using MuscleTech Nitro-Tech for a while and I can really tell the difference. The vanilla flavor is very pleasant, it mixes easily without clumps, and it’s not heavy on the stomach. I like that in addition to being a whey isolate protein it also includes peptides and creatine, which really helps with recovery and strength gains.In just a few weeks I’ve noticed improvements in both muscle growth and training energy. Great Taste and Results — Just Wait for a Sale!
This is one of the best-tasting protein powders I’ve tried! The cookies & cream flavor actually tastes like a milkshake, and it mixes super easily with no clumps. I’ve noticed great results with recovery and muscle gain since switching to this brand. The only downside is the price — it’s a bit on the expensive side. That said, it’s totally worth it when you can grab it on sale. Stock up when it’s discounted — your workouts (and taste buds) will thank you!

If you’re looking for a high quality protein shake that will give you good results, DEFINITELY get this! If you’re looking for dessert, I suggest you look elsewhere for a healthy treat. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because it doesn’t taste great. It’s tolerable but nothing like what the flavor says it is. It mixes good in a blender and is easy on the stomach. I find it doesn’t make too full either. I also feel so much better after working out after drinking this. I prefer to blend mine with milk to make it taste better and it has a medium thickness. If you do use water, make sure it’s chilled in the fridge and throw some ice cubes in there to make it better. I suppose you could use some plant based milks too.

Good as Gold Standard (Remember to Eat Well)
BLUF: One of the better protein powders for the price and quantity. Mid-tier flavor with an odd aftertaste, throwing some milk in fixes it. Also PSA, don’t use protein shakes as a meal replacement when you’re dieting. It’s not healthy or sustainable in the long run. Eat better food, not less food.I know we all have that moment when we look in the mirror after the morning stretch and stop to stare with that Edna Mode look of disappointment. “My God you’ve gotten fat”. You go out and buy yourself a gym membership to the local Planet Fitness, that has more joggers and jobbers than it does bench presses, and maybe even buy yourself a new set of shoes, some spandex, and a license to midlife crisis. After a month of halfhearted lifting, you make your progress and get that extra boost from the protein powder only to shelf the stuff and never touch it or a barbell ever again. Now it stares at you, with that same Edna Mode look of disappointment down from the shelf like some sort of omnipotent deity or idol manifesting from your shortcomings. Stop reading this and go for pump sessio- NO. Not THAT kind. Hit the weights, not the keyboard, and remember why you spent the money on this stuff. Any progress makes you a better man (or woman, or whatever you want to be) than you were yesterday.
