Great flavor and nutrition
These are great for both children and adults. Not too thick for my toddler, tastes nice both cold and room temperature, and I feel good about the nutrition my son is getting when we’re out in the world and he needs a snack. The extra immunity boost is helpful, particularly doing cold and flu season.

I have been undergoing a lot of oral surgery lately without the ability to really eat obviously oral surgery is going to make eating really hard… But I went ahead and got these smoothies along with the strawberry banana and they are life-saving, life giving, that particular type is an immune boost which is awesome. Between the two I have one is a prebiotic the other is a probiotic which is also awesome! They taste like the best smoothie you could ever order remarkably delicious! And I am a hardcore smoothie snob hahaha. Incredibly easy to open and consume and if you do get them which you should especially if you’re like an athlete or having issues eating food maybe you just had your tonsils out I don’t know… You get these they tell you to try them chilled well I have put every single one of them in my fridge because they’re so freaking yummy but they don’t have to be in the fridge at all. And their shelf life is crazy long! But like I said the twist top super easy to get off for just about everyone.Highly suggest that you get these especially if you’re having a hard time eating foods or if you happen to have fallen into the hilariously idiotic group of people who have brought scurvy back to the world because you’re not eating fruits and veg! Get your fruits and veg in your system right now What is wrong with you guys Good Lord! Don’t you know that that’s like a freaking old timey pirate/sailors condition I’m embarrassed for you What are you eating Mountain dew and spicy Cheetos and that’s it? Taste good but costly.
Taste great and convenient for travel. However, too expensive for the amount of product you’re getting.You also have to cut the pouch in order to get all the product out or else you’ll throwing away some of the smoothie.Every little bit cost money.

Slight aftertaste
Not bad at all. I have diabetes so appreciate the no added sugar. I’m disabled and mostly bed-ridden. There are days when this is a great way to get protein and other nutrients in me. The size is small, but it’s good for me. It does have that slight protein aftertaste, but isn’t horrible. It works for what I need it to do. It’s quite expensive though. My husband likes it, but thinks serving size is way too small for him. My granddaughters (age 6 and 9) tried it and liked it. I was surprised. I thought the no added sugar would be a turn off. They weren’t crazy about it, but liked it more than I thought. It is about a child-sized portion. It doesn’t taste strongly of vanilla or berries. I wish the flavor was a bit higher, but it’s not bad.

Food that’s essential for my health
I am very sensitive to non-organic foods due to health issues. I have tried many brands that make pures out of fresh fruit and veggies. NOKA is absolutely the best! I can only eat this brand. It provides vitamins too, that I otherwise cannot absorb. It’s not just delicious. It boosts my immune system, since I started eating one or two pouches a day. There is no substitute for this. Period.

Love these snacks take one to work each day and mid day eat one and I can feel an immediate boost energy wise. I also take one if I am starting to feel sick and a number of times now have helped me bounce back within a couple of hours to start feeling better
