Holds you in place yoga
It’s soft and plush. Helps to offset the joints. However it’s too non-slip. It’s hard to slide between poses because it’s so super grippy! It never shifts on the floor though so that’s good. Love the alignment marks. Really helps. Comes with a carrying string.

I purchased this yoga mat for my brother, who is new to yoga. The alignment marks are perfect for beginners! The mat has a great amount of cushion – not too thick and not too thin. It is durable, though the material makes it slightly slippery. Overall, a great value for what it offers, though it may not be best suited for those who are looking for superior grip in their practice.

Where is out fast and is dangerous
Didn’t last a week. It atarted to wear out real fast and stop sticking to the hardwood floor. I turned it around and it ripped.

Low quality
I ordered several yoga mats to compare, and this one just didn’t stand up against them. It was thinner, lower quality, and less comfortable. Honestly, I probably hated the color too. Yoga is for meditation, which is impossible with neon green hitting me in the face.

It’s a beautiful sage colour, very lightweight and the alignment marks are useful to get more confident with your poses, really get your feet & hands placement right and learn.Unfortunately I was looking for HIGH GRIP mat because my practice is a little more intense and I sweat quite a lot during sessions.THIS IS NOT A HIGH GRIP YOGA MAT!Worth the price? Absolutely not – same category of comfort and quality as a $35 matJust for reference you can get a really high quality, highly reputable B MAT for the same price $70-$80 that has high grip it’s heavy duty and will last you years!So for me – it’s just an okay home morning stretch mat nothing more.
