LOTS BETTER THAN CAPSULES!
I received this within a week ago and I’m really pleased! I’ve had such trouble swallowing the capsules but had never seen the liquid in any store. When I saw it in my Amazon search for capsule reorder I opted for this.What a relief! It delivers more in one daily teaspoon than the two large capsules and it’s obviously so much easier to take.Now, it is fish oil, but the taste is almost as promised, mild lemony. For me, I saw right away I need to take it with food because the oil goes directly to my stomach without the delay the capsules provide. I can tell I’ve taken it, but so far I’ve had no real negative reaction and will continue to tweak exactly when to take it.I have not calculated a price comparison, but this liquid says it’s only 24 servings (1 tsp daily) and I know the capsules have to be less expensive, but I haven’t bothered yet as it’s so nice not to work at choking on the capsule!Don’t get me wrong, if I could easily take the capsules I would continue with them, but I can’t and I need fish oil supplements. Been using this brand for years and am confident of the quality, etc.If the liquid starts to bother me or the price gets out of reach, I’ll add a comment, but for now, it’s great for me!

Tastes like fish oil, which probably means it works
It tastes like fish oil. That’s kind of a relief to me because it means it’s the real deal. It is oily, had just the slightest hint of lemon over fish oil. It’s smooth enough to not be too bad. I’m more of a texture person over taste, so the fact that it has oil texture is fine. I’m taking it for prenatal health so my kid comes out with a good brain and eyes. I’ll know in 18 months if it worked.

Update: 1/29/23 After three months on this product, my overall cholesterol is down from 225 to 198, and HDL and LDL are both moving in the right direction. Great product!!I was looking for an Omega 3 supplement that offers a high amount of EPA and this is it! One teaspoon contains 1460 mgs, which makes it one of the highest concentrations of the brands I researched. It tastes like fish oil, but it IS fish oil, so I’m not too bothered about that. Besides, with the tiny one teaspoon dose taken with food, I’ve never had a fishy burp. I highly recommend this prpduct. Time will tell if it has lowered my cholesterol, but I’m pleased for now. I’ll update this review when my doc takes new labs to measure my progress.
