Letters are tiny and hard to read.
The design of the packaging is horrible- in the shower I can’t tell where the shampoo is and where the conditioner is and I always grab the wrong one. The text is tiny, upside down on the shampoo bottle and there is a mix of English and French. Who designed it?! Who approved the design? People, you can do better then this.

I hate those people who complain about size when they didn’t read the description BUT
But for the first time, I’m one of those annoying people. HAAAA. It is completely as described but I wanted you to know just how small that is. It’s like 3 inches- like those tiny samples you might find in that travel section of a CVS. I’ve since used it twice and it seems to work well but I just wanted to let you know.

Good shampoo but the scent is extremely strong and I just can’t use it. I’m not overly sensitive to smells but this is way too strong so I cannot tolerate it.
