Great “TIME” to buy!
Honestly, the diamonds chips are a joke, get out you magnifying glass. But makes it more “catchy” for attracting buyers (click bait). That aside, this is a very nice looking watch. The stainless steel feels smooth and it is well constructed. It is highly polished and shine is much more than many higher-end watches, which could make you think it was not stainless at first glance. But once you handle this watch and see it in person on the wrist, it really looks well made. The bracelet is composed of three-piece solid links. The mother of pearl is extremely nice. The date is readable. The illumination is okay, but remember this is a small-face watch with tiny hands. The best part of this watch is the solar power…no batteries, no winding. I think it is well built watch for the price, and I recommend it. You are getting a nice watch for a good price, with a great Brand behind it, so it should last. Time to buy!

Gorgeous
I’ve been eyeing this watch for a while but I wasn’t sure about the gold since it was described as Rose gold. It’s definitely NOT rose gold it is a gold color although not a super yellow gold I would say.Was worried about the band looking too shiny because it does in some of the pictures online but in person it’s balanced with the rest of the watch. Still not sure if it’s big enough for my wrist since I was expecting something a little chunkier. The face of this is only 28 mm. I have an average size wrist for a woman, 7.25 in. The watch size recommended for me is 30-32 mm. I think I’m going to keep it but I’m still wearing my options. It is absolutely stunning in person! A great balance between sporty and dressy. The perfect everyday watch.

This is the second exact watch that I’ve had. My first one I had about 6-7 years. I love the larger bracelet fit, but links can be taken out. My last one, the calendar day stopped working but the rest of the watch worked fine. It is a very attractive watch. My band broke on the old one and I couldn’t find a band I liked to replace it. I kept it in my purse in case I went somewhere that might have one. It is solar powered and I’ve never had any problem with it not keeping great time even if I didn’t go outside for a few days. It is also water resistant which was a must for me because I tend to always leave it on. If years down the road something goes wrong with this one, I will buy another one just like it if available

Seiko watch
The watch arrived nicely packaged. It’s a heavier watch than I am used to, but it looks very nice. I wasn’t sure if I was going to keep it until I got to actually see it. I was looking for this watch but with a black face. Unfortunately, they don’t make it with a black face. After it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. So, I decided I would keep it. This watch can be dressed up or worn with casual attire. I had to have one link removed as it was a little too large on my wrist. Some may like it loose for a more bracelet look and not remove any links. The watch also comes with some paperwork which provides you a link to register the watch which states Seiko will cover the watch for the first two years should something go wrong with the mechanisms. It looked easy enough on the site to register, I followed the instructions and the visuals which shows you where to locate the registration numbers required. Unfortunately, no matter what order I put the numbers in, or which box the directions reflected, I was unable to register the watch as it kept showing an error message. I guess I will have to call Seiko directly. That was very frustrating! Other than the watch, the registering site, is my only complaint.

Thankfully this was not for a gift!
The watch is awesome! Beautiful, easy to read and easy to set. It is keeping perfect time. I waited to review this because the actual Seiko watch box, was shipped in an envelope – not even a padded envelope -and the box arrived slightly crushed. The watch inside had a small velvet pillow insert upon which the watch was mounted inside the box so it was protected by the pillow. Since here was no visible damage to the watch and since I bought it for myself, the box it came in was less important to me than if I was giving this as a gift. That said, I hope these can be shipped in a more sturdy container in the future.

Subtle gold/silver, glad I chose this one
I compared this with several other Seiko watches that were solar or Citizen eco-drive watches. I specifically wanted one with diamonds (call me vain). The gold is actually quite subtle and important for when you want to wear both gold and silver jewelry. It frames the bezel very nicely. The Diamonds, unlike other reviews for similar watches are NOT “chips.” Chips went the way of old antique technology. These are melee diamonds with several facets and they do sparkle nicely but they look a lot smaller than they do in the picture but that’s to be expected. Some other sites were unable to distinguish between diamonds and swarvoski crystals so if you are a buying a $170 watch with diamonds make sure you look at descriptions from multiple sites, likely they are not real diamonds. Even Overstock made this mistake. These on the SUT068 however, are genuine. You need to get it resized as with any metal link watch. A watch repair shop will charge you about $10 to remove a few links and it takes minutes. This watch has a bit of weight to it, which I am very happy about. The mother of pearl face accents but does not distract. The hour and minute hands glow in the dark. This is the perfect watch.

Nice watch-except for the “diamonds”
This watch is said to have 18 diamonds on the bezel. Well, it probably does, but the diamonds are tiny, dark and lifeless. Otherwise, this is a very nice watch. The dial, hands, and bracelet are lovely. Since it is “solar” powered, it is worth what I paid for it. The box says the retail price is $450.00. If any one paid $450.00 for this watch, they paid too much in my opinion.
