Silver Tea Ball Strainers
I was very happy to have found this item on Amazon. It came in a timely manner and is very good and holding the tea without letting it get into my cup. I’m glad these are easy to clean and as long as you clean them properly after using them for over six months now, no rusting or decomposer. Very cute packaging as well. Great tea but for those who like to mix n match loose teas or just like to be able to control how much you use per cup.

Simple, sturdy, and very effective tea infusers
I bought this 3-pack of Snap Ball Tea Infusers earlier this year and I’m really satisfied with them. The stainless-steel mesh is fine enough to keep even small tea leaves from leaking into the cup, yet it allows water to circulate freely for a full brew. The snap mechanism is easy to open and close, and the handle makes it more comfortable to dip and remove compared to other basic infusers I’ve tried.I also like that they’re versatile — I’ve used them not only for loose-leaf tea but also for spices when cooking soups. Tea-riffic! (Look I can’t be expected to come up with a great title for every review)
Honestly, as far as quality tea strainers go, it’s hard to beat these little dudes. They’re just right for single serve cups, filter well, and are as easy to clean as doing a hot water rinse after every use (provided your tea of choice isn’t too messy). Finer teas might end up with a tiny bit of residue in the bottom of your cup, but if you’re like me, that really doesn’t bother you. Plus, instead of having to re-dip your tea bags, you can just swish this around in your cup to get the most out of those leaves! It’s a pret-tea great little filter!

Might let silt through
Even though the screen is pretty fine, the bulk mullein tea I use has very fine particles ending up in my tea. Not an issue until you get down to the bottom 1/2-1/3 of the cup. Sip gently to avoid it and you’ll be OK. I may go back to the bags I can get locally. In general the quality is good and the seal is tight.

Works well for large leaves
It works, but not perfectly. If you have large leaf tea, it will be fine. We’ve been cutting open teabags and dumping them in here, and the finely ground tea is escaping through the pores. So we end up with some fine leaf pieces in the tea. But it does well in containing most of the stuff.
