Has many uses, not just an exercise stepper
Disclaimer: Not quite sure how this works as an exercise stepper as I bought it to heightened my cats food and water bowls.I went ahead and wrote a review as I thought my first impressions might be helpful to somebody. I can say that the step is extremely sturdy so I think it would probably hold up to rigorous exercise use. The gray extenders come packed underneath the stepper and you simply pull them off and reposition them in the corners. I did notice though that the rubber edges on the bottom of the stepper and each extender are not secured in place and fall off easily. I would suggest securing these with some type of rubber friendly glue.There was a workout DVD and a printed Aerobic step exercise guide with pictures of the exercises. Very useful for someone just starting out with a stepper. It comes with a 90 day limited warranty if the item should become defective.The level with extenders is great to hold pet food bowls at almost 6 inches. The food should be higher than the floor by several inches so that the pet (cat or dog) will have better digestion. This is not as high as some steppers I’ve actually used for exercise in the past, but I think at 6 inches it will get the job done.So if you need this for exercise, as a prop up for pet bowls, or even as a small step to reach items up a little high, then this is perfect. It appears to be made well and hopefully will last a long time.

Perfect!! Works for Transform 20 workouts!
I had purchased a different step for my Beachbody Transform 20 workouts before I bought this one. This one is a thousand times better!! It has fantastic grip to the ground (both carpet and hard floor), and has fantastic grip on top. There is no worry about slipping and sliding. It’s the perfect length and width, and the risers are conveniently tucked away underneath the step. While this one isn’t necessarily “pretty”, it’s a GREAT sturdy step! I’m very satisfied!

Good workout product
This step provides me with the ability to work on my disabled legs and help me gain strength to climb steps. I use it every day and I fell better and stronger after each workout. The size of the step is safe and makes you step up like climbing real stairs. It is light and can be easily moved. The only drawback is that the two inch insert to make it six inches high come off easily. Need to make them snap in to make it perfect.

Strong step for home use
I wanted a “stepper-thingy” to exercise at home, but didn’t want an expensive step like the ones I use at the gym. It also has to be very strong, as I am very overweight. (Not “model” overweight (15 lbs), “real person” overweight!)This is extremely sturdy and stays in place. The price point is perfect, and you get a bonus DVD with a workout on it. It IS lower and somewhat smaller than the gym steppers and only converts from 4 to 6 inches – but that’s just fine for home use. The 2″ conversion pieces fit handily into slots under the step when not in use. Excellent product at a great price.

Great for at Home step exercises.
I purchased this product because I needed an elevated surface to do one of my physical therapy exercises. I really like the price point of this product, and also how it supports a family owned business. It feels very sturdy, and it also is easy for me to use and balance with or without shoes on. I love that it is adjustable and that it can fit under my bed for storage. The product is lightweight, it is easy to move from one area to another.

This step is very narrow, as an aerobic instructor I feel it is not safe for the average person.I retuned this item and the company did not refund my money.

Great product
I had a total knee replacement and needed a step to help me with my physical therapy. This works great. I didn’t see it mentioned in the product description, but it also comes with two rubber straps that attach to the ends of the step so you can also work your arms. I weigh 255 lbs. and it supports me very well. I use it on carpet and have had no problems with it slipping or flipping. I just bought a new mattress that is about 5 inches higher than my old one so this also helps me to get in and out of bed. I really got my money’s worth with this product.

I bought it as gift for a friend who has bad feet who likes the step very much.I try to use the step almost every day.

This step is awesome! I actually bought it to elevate me at work and, I’m not very delicate. I must spend at least 35 hours a week climbing up and down on this step and it’s like new. It’s also very sturdy, therefore, I feel secure working with sharp objects and my step lies on a ceramic floor! I would recommend this article.
