Exactly Like the Risers that come with the orginial Step
I purchased a riser from a competitor who said their version was precisely like the risers that came with my original Step. When it arrived, I could easily see that it was not as high as the original Step riser, and it only fit snuggly when put together one way, unlike an original Step riser that will fit snuggly any way you put them together. The material that makes up the competitor’s raiser seems lighter-duty than the original Step raiser.The competitor’s version of the Step riser is approximately ten dollars cheaper. However, you get what you pay for. I am glad that I returned the imitation Step raiser and purchased the original Step raiser even if it cost more. I am incredibly pleased with the raisers made by the original Step manufacturer. And it’s manufactured in the USA.

I wanted to add more height to my step with an additional set of risers. These fit perfectly, but it is important to use them on each side since they are not quite as tall as the originals. At least they match each other.

The Step original raisers make it all worthwhile. Adding a pair of two raisers to standard 2-high lets you raise the step to a level that can be used for sitting leg raises or arm curls.

This step is exactly like all steps (like this) you have tried before. I really like the black and grey as it matches my clinic’s colour scheme and blends into the background better than the typical pink/greens. My only complaint is that having all the pieces separate makes it just slightly annoying to move around.
