A great machine for a smaller person
This is perfect for me. I’m short at 5’2.5” and use it to walk. Really don’t run on it though I think it would be fine. It would not be for a person with a really long stride. Best of all it is lighter in weight than my old one but still quite stable. Also the panel is easy to read and operate. Nothing fancy here but perfect for someone who just needs to get regular exercise. It’s also quiet. It takes up less room in my guest room and can fold up if needed.

Right size, right for my purposes but watch for bolt tightening on the arm.
Update 5/12/25:After months of use almost every day, setting it up and taking it back down (it is, after all, portable), the handle became stiff so that we couldn’t raise and lower it. My husband discovered that it’s a design defect. As you’re on it, the lower bolt on the right side that holds the handle was apparently getting tighter and tighter as we raised and lowered the arm. It was in very tight, but my husband finagled it. The bolt and washer could be different than what are included. The bolt should have a shorter thread than it does so that it would only tighten so far and be a swivel point. He used a wrench and almost ruined the bolt because it had gotten so tight. It’s working now that he managed to loosen it, but we may replace the bolt with shorter thread if we can find one. Just know this and watch for it getting tighter and loosen it before it gets so tight. The other side, is getting looser, but isn’t, at least so far, in any danger of falling out. We will be watching it closer now. It could have been greased or they could have used different bolt, perhaps a nut, and a different washer.I looked and looked for a small treadmill that I could use for after I have surgery later this month. The doctor wants me walking right away, 60-90 minutes each day.I wanted something small enough to move downstairs once I recover, but that could be adjusted to be flat, without an incline, and had adjustable speed. Nothing fancy. I preferred something with longer handles for rehabilitation, but those all had very mixed reviews and were heavier. Most didn’t adjust to walk flat. This one is about as perfect for my purposes as I think is available, and reasonably priced. Not too many bells and whistles. The only other thing I really wanted was a heart rate monitor, but I have my Fitbit, so I’ll be fine. The incline adjustment is really basic and a little wonky, but for my size and weight it’s fine.Speaking of which, I’m just over 5 feet tall, 135 pounds, and this unit fits me perfectly. I don’tplan to run on it. It will be for rehabilitation and then for bad weather days to get my walks in. I’ve tried it a few times since it arrived. I have traditionally had back pain on treadmills. I used to have a much bigger one and have tried them at the gym. I have a little of that with this if it’s on an incline, but not as much when it’s flat. We will see how it goes. It’s not the same as walking outside, but should be good for its purpose. It was easy to assemble, my husband was pleasantly surprised. I need his help to fold and unfold, but it’s not bad at all.I wish the on/off switch was up on the monitor instead of the bottom of the unit, especially while I’m healing, but that’s minor. So far, I recommend this unit.

It’s a great little treadmill
I am pleasantly surprised! Set up was super easy. It’s pretty light yet it’s also stable. The belt hasn’t slipped, it is pretty smooth, it’s even wide enough. Great for the price! The two cons, which overall are fairly minor. The cupholders are terrible lol. Small and shallow, like for a small disposable water bottle, maybe. They are angled forward, even with the console in the farthest upright position so the bottles may very well fall right out. I don’t have any to experiment with though. And then the handles are pretty low. I’m not tall (5’5”) and I have balance issues after chemo, so I need to hold on sometimes. They are low enough that I notice I hunch over. So just need to be mindful and watch your posture if you need to hold on. Neither of these are deal breakers though and I’d still buy it again!

You need help to fold and store away..
I tried it first the first time and it runs great…. It does fold but you have to pull two knobs at the same time then fold it down, so you kinda need three hands to do that.. It’s not a really good design if you can’t fold it by yourself.. that’s actually a major part for me, to be able to fold and store it on my own.. other than that is great and does the job..

Good buy!
This has been the perfect sized treadmill for me. I’m 5’1 so I am pretty small. I use it mostly for walking only. It’s fairly quiet, easy to adjust the screen and put away for storage. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble by myself. Great quality for the price! I’ve had it over a month and haven’t had any issues. I don’t use the programs on there though.

Good walking treadmill
I’ve been using it for a couple of months now and it’s so good for walking, I mainly use it when my baby is playing around and I can get some exercise done at the same time, it’s very lightweight and easy to use, I’ve not used it for running or jogging but seems to be good for walking everyday.

Best treadmill.
In all honesty when it comes to exercising, I’m very lazy. But this treadmill is much easier to use and it fits in my bedroom. I’m really enjoying this. I’m not lazy to exercise anymore. I’m actually having fun.
