Helped with physical therapy
Great price compared to sporting goods stores as well as other stores.I got one when I was doing physical therapy and have continued to use it. Very sturdy . I like that it came with several “risers” to make taller. My son has tried it and he is a big guy (more than weight max ) he didnt feel it bending or swaying from his weight at all. It doesnt move on floor I have hard woods. I like the non slip top. It is quite a workout even with no “risers” on it. I use it in the living room bc it is easy to store and I dont have to go all the way to my workout room to exercise, I can do it in between commercials. There was no assembly just pull out of box and use.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I recently started stepping again after finding a fabulous instructor on YouTube. Stepping will never be as much fun as a group class in studio, but being able to workout in my garage without the hassle of driving to a gym is worth it (and there are so few step classes near me!).I got a step at another retailer without looking closely at the dimensions, and sadly, it was a shorter step than I was used to using. I watched for a deal on this step, and happily ordered it when it was on sale.It’s perfect-just what I was looking for! Nice and sturdy and exactly the right size.

Love this. I was surprised at the length of the step. It’s very heavy. It’s very sturdy. I use it for multiple things other than exercise. I think it’s a good price point. You could get a less quality step but if you’re going to be using this for exercise, in my case for reaching things, or using it to balance something while you’re working on it it’s an all-around good product. It’s very sturdy very well put together. The nice thing is you just take the bottom runs off and you can stack them. You can slide them under the bed. You can put them in the closet. It’s really easy to store.

Sturdy but big.
This is a nice product–sturdy, plenty of room for step exercising. It’s nice to be able to adjust the height with the risers. Only problem is its size. It takes up so much room in my small apartment, but my daughter was afraid I would fall off of a smaller one. If you have room for it, it’s a great exercise tool. Right now, it’s taking up a lot of room in my closet.

Sturdy and more than sufficient for an intense workout. Worth what I paid. Has some weight to it so that a heavier person can feel secure using the step. Functions as a proper step that one would find in any gym.
