Can’t beat the quality for this price
i would give 4.5 stars if possible. I had the friction version for the last 5 years and decided to purchase the magnetic resistance one after the belt pulley broke and i decided to get a new one instead of fixing it. I do feel that this bike is as of the same quality as the one I purchased about 5 years ago. I found some places that i felt the skimped and some improvements. Mainly I don’t like the wheal system in the front that you use to push it around. i find the wheels are smaller requiring you to lift it much higher so it does not drag. I find that even on the lowest setting the bike has more resistance than the friction model. not a deal breaker but i like to do long rides where i use the lowest setting for a couple minutes and then do sprints with it turned up high. i think it will just take some getting used to and may need some breaking in. Overall, I am happy with this purchase but have some changes to get used to. I do plan on upgrading the wheels to rollerblade style ones.

Easy Setup. All the tools you need are provided. Been using it for a full month and no issues. It is quiet; My roommate doesn’t know when I am using it at 4 am.

Good solid bike. But…
09/17/25So far so good. I put the unit together using my own tools instead of the supplied all in one tool. It made the assembly go a bit smoother. After putting it all together and tightening and adjusting and using it for the first time I must say this is very quiet. Not a peep out of it. I needed it due to an Achilles tendon sprain and my treadmill was aggravating it too much. The bike is perfect for a great cardio workout with absolutely no pain to my Achilles tendon.For the price I’ll say that it’s a pretty solid built bike and it gets the job done. When putting it together I didn’t see anything that would make me think that this would be falling apart.I see in the reviews that some say it might not be good for a high intensity workout but for a 65 year old dude lookin’ to get some cardio in…it works just fine. I’m no professional rider.10/02/2025The bike seems good so far. Two things…if you don’t want this to make any creaking noises when riding you have to make sure everything that can be tightened is super tight. Also the knob for less/more resistance and stop…the paint started to come off after use two. I would have expected this to be engraved into the knob or any other way to preserve it. I can live with it. it’s easy to remember. Left for less resistance, right for more resistance, and push to stop. It would have been nice to have it done another way in case someone jumps on this bike and has no clue about it.
