DOES NOT WORK!
Treadmill arrived intact. However, assembly is required. Instructions for assembly difficult to understand. Pictures were extremely small and unable to determine size of screws without using a magnifying glass. Took better than an hour to assemble. Once assembled, it turned on and lights worked. However, belt would only turn regardless of speed. If you stepped on it, it would NOT turn at all. Tried putting some oil under belt but that did NOT do anything. Tried different surfaces but to no help. I am returning this. DO NOT BUY!

Good at the beginning, but disappointing with the use
At first I thought it was a very good treadmill: compact, with a support bar and easy to use. However, after a few days of use I noticed several problems. The engine makes a lot of noise even at low speed, which is uncomfortable at home. It is also heavier than I expected and it is not as portable as advertised.The bar feels unstable and does not give safety to walk for a long time. Overall, it seemed promising, but with daily use it did not meet my expectations.

Description off, way off.
I really did my research but the description and the questions answered were just WRONG. This does NOT incline, this does NOT count steps, this does NOT record distance walked in miles, it is in Kilometers. The handle on this would be perfect if you are 4’7″ or shorter otherwise it is a back breaker. And lastly this is NOT foldable unless you remove the handles. Now one response said I had to remove the handles, and yet another one said I could loosen them. Either way NOT AS ADVERTISED! I suspect it weighs more than 36 pounds too but I have no way to prove that as I cannot lift it.

One of the main reasons I chose this was because it was supposed to be foldable. It isn’t. I would return it if it was not so difficult to do at this point. Parts listed were not accurate. Very confusing.

This treadmill is a hazard!
After injuring my foot due to their terrible design of putting notches with sharp edges on the back of the conveyor, I had to draw the line and leave a review. Terrible experience all-round. It costs far more than it is worth. It is too short, too narrow, not long enough, the assembly process had instructions written for ants (the graphics and texts were nondescript and hard to read), and I just got THROWN OFF OF IT because THE BELT SLIPPED! I am a good bit under the weight limit and this thing has now injured my foot and thrown me off. I’m about to just give up with it. Oh, and it didn’t come with the remote that others have mentioned. It’s very hard to move on this, it has no incline, overall this is just a terrible experience. I’ve used many treadmills before, this one SUCKS!

NOT EASILY FOLDABLE
This review is only for the advertising and pictures. They portray it as an easily foldable walking pad. It’s important to understand that you cannot use the walking pad unless the handlebars are up, as the display connects electronically, giving it power. If you were considering putting this away every day, it is not the one to purchase. You have to take out bolts on each side each time to collapse the walking pad.

In all the years and all the orders I have put in to Amazon I’ve never been disappointed until now. This product a piece of trash and that is exactly what I did with it. Threw it in the trash. It had obviously been a return item, broken.The tools and screws and washers were all mixed, nothing was numbered. The instruction book almost useless.None of the parts were numbered and finally, after getting it together, which I was not supposed to have to do, it read Error 07. I’ll take the hit on the cost because this piece of machinery I would not wish on some other unsuspecting customer. Shame on you!!!!!
