It was great at Hilton but now cause’s hair to feel like it was washed with cheap hand soap.
I had used this shampoo before… I had discovered it while staying at the Hilton. It was great. But then I tracked shampoo here finally. I bought four products from them. But the shampoo is not the same shampoo I used at the Hilton. It’s horrible. It’s like washing my hair with hand soap..it leaves a sticky residue on my hair. …just like hand soap does. Can’t return it. Now I am wondering if seller might have filled the shampoo bottle with hand soap? There’s no way to contact seller alross about this issue. None…zip. So now Amazon said they would give me a partial refund of $19 of the $29 I have wasted… then I didn’t receive it so I called Amazon customer care and they claim they refunded me $12. Amazon is the only platform I use to buy EVERYTHING..but if I am going to be treated in this manner I am canceling all subscriptions and deleting Amazon app. I am over it. No more!

NOT EVEN A 1 STAR!!I used this brand shampoo and conditioner during a recent stay at a Hilton Hotel and fell in love! Made my hair look, feel and smell amazing. I found it on Amazon and had to purchase. I was a little iffy about spending over $60 for both the shampoo and conditioner but just did it because what I used at the hotel was worth it. NOT AT ALL WHAT I GOT! THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED MINE AS WELL OF BEEN A BOTTLE OF WATER. IT HAD THE CONSISTENCY OF WATER AND NO CLEAN SMELL AT ALL. SAME WITH THE CONDITIONER, VERY RUNNY AND HARDLY ANY OF THE CLEAN SMELL. It also didn’t work the same, left my hair feeling dirty and not clean and fresh at all. It has left the front pieces of my hair very frail and splitting apart. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IT IS NOT THE SAME PRODUCT AS THE HOTELS!!!! THEY MOST LIKELY ARE WATERING IT WAY DOWN TO GET THEIR MONEY WORTH OUT OF IT. HORRIBLE PRODUCT.

Watered Down products… beyond disappointed
I bought both the shampoo and conditioner. I was beyond disappointed because both were actually what seemed to be “watered down”. I ran across this brand in a hotel & it was the very first time I have ever been able to use hotel shampoo and conditioner without it leaving my hair extremely dried out & just nasty feeling. The shampoo i received was literally like WATER & the conditioner wasn’t much thicker. I will never buy from this seller again. I most certainly will make sure that the “Seller” is the actual COMPANY!

Review for Gilchrist & Soames Zero% Collection ShampooI recently purchased the Gilchrist & Soames Zero% Collection Shampoo and was disappointed to find that the product leaked during shipping. The packaging did not seem secure enough to prevent the shampoo from spilling, which resulted in a mess when I opened the package. This is definitely something that could be improved to ensure the product arrives in good condition.As for the shampoo itself, it worked well—leaving my hair feeling clean and refreshed—but the issue with the leaking bottle was a major downside. The overall experience was marred by poor packaging, and I would highly recommend the manufacturer take extra care to better secure the product for shipping to prevent leaks.In conclusion, while the shampoo works well, the leaking bottle and lack of adequate packaging made this a less-than-ideal purchase. A more secure packaging design would greatly improve the customer experience.

The shampoo itself is good, it was my fault for not reading how small the bottles were. Very expensive for the value. Smells nice, does a nice job with my hair but I won’t be purchasing again.
