good ingredients, impossible to quantify benefits
It’s difficult to review supplements unless you have a major good or major bad reaction to them. Most things don’t show results in the short term even if they’re helping.I was hoping to experience some burst of energy from having these, but I did not notice very much change at all. The capsules are fairly large and filled with a purple dust. Despite their size, they are fairly easy to take with water.There were no negative side effects at all that I noticed, but I also did not notice any improvement in the short term.

I didn’t really measure any real effects on my health from this supplement, that is quite a difficult thing to do, but in tandem with other diet and lifestyle factors I have been feeling more energetic.Nature’s Bounty is a trusted brand available at regular physical retailers, so I had no qualms about putting this into my body. The capsules themselves were easy to take and didn’t have any weird smells or tastes. The quality of the product seems good.

Good Experience
These Superfoods capsules are a decent size and easy to swallow. I like that the ingredients are derived from fruits and vegetables. There’s even brussels sprouts in them! LOL Nature’s Bounty is a good brand, so I know I can trust that what I’m getting is good quality and thoroughly tested. Time will tell if I notice a difference but so far it is an enjoyable experience.
